All lead times are estimates for when your order will leave our workshop. They are subject to change and do not guarantee a delivery date.
I am committed to creating beautiful, lasting pieces. As a small shop, every item is built to the highest standard. I warranty my joinery for the lifetime of the piece. If a joint fails, I will repair it for the lifetime of the piece.
Because each piece is one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.
I provide “white glove” delivery within a 120 mile of the Twin Cities, Minnesota.
Shipping and delivery over 120 miles of Twin Cities is possible, but is an extra cost. It is generously estimated for your approval before a project starts. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, I will repair or replace it. Please contact me within 5 business days of delivery to resolve the issue. I want you to love your new piece, and will work with you to find a solution.
Items damaged due to misuse, wear, improper installation, or modification are not eligible for replacement or refund.
After I consider your claim and we negotiate a repair or replacement, I will issue instructions getting the item back to me. Once I start repair ie replacement, I will estimate a return date. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
The following are not considered defects and are not eligible for a repair or replacement:
- Natural variations in wood grain, knots, reclaimed markings, or color differences.
- Cracks, splits, or warping caused by environmental conditions after delivery (such as humidity or temperature changes).
- Damage caused by improper assembly, installation, modification, or misuse.
